Biography

During the past few years Yorshire artist Sue Atkinson has gained a devoted following for her quirky, acutely observed paintings of people going about  their daily business. Her animated beach scenes with children engaged in the simple pleasures of sand and ice cream are always enthusiastically received. The exhibition includes an array of rainscapes and snowscapes which feature a welter of human activity. Sue´s affection for people and her native Yorkshire shine through in this fine selection of her latest work.
